hello everyone,i am new to the forum and am looking forward to learning all of the tricks to the trade from everyone. i will be getting a router to do an exterior raised panel door in oak in the near future. thanks, mike

Welcome aboard Mike and what kind of panel raising bit do you intend to get? I use the vertical bit in a horizontal table.

hi john, i`m sorry for the delay in responding . i just realized i had all of the welcomes from everyone. i will probably get the vertical raised panel bits also. i am still waiting for a reconditioned router to show up somewhere on the net. looks like it`s going to get expensive in the long run by the time i build a router table and get the necessary tooling.your cherry cabinet and planters look nice. mike

hello everyone,thankyou for the kind welcoming to the forum. i just realized i had them. guess i`m a little slow getting started.i`m still trying to acquire a 3+ hp reconditioned router somewhere online.i`ve had great luck so far with reconditioned tools. mike in vermont

Thanks for looking at my stuff Mike you will do well with woodworking. At first it is expensive to get all the tools you need. But if I tried tio buy the cabinets I have build for my wife I could go on a geat vacation.
