Default Introduction and a question

Hi. I've been reading this forum for a while and I learn a lot. I'm sort of long-term beginner in woodworking. Had a scary table saw kickback a year ago (I didn't get hurt). It really scared me, and I unplugged everything and let it set. Recently I'm getting back into it. My interests are small boxes, small projects. I'm in Columbia Missouri.

I’m getting ready to order the ¼” box joint jig from Oak Park. I’m looking at their book “Router Projects & Jig Book”. Does anyone know if this book specifically talks about the set up and use of the Oak Park jigs, or is it more of an overview book about the subject of general use of the router? Thanks in advance. Steve

Hi Steve and welcome to the forum. I have the book you are talking about and it does discuss the set up and use of the OP jigs as well as others. I think you will find it very useful, it has a lot of how-to's of small projects that you would be interested in.
