Default Love the wood

This is my first post here, so I thought this would be an appropriate place to start.

I'm a doctor by day (general and trauma surgery) and an avid (yet novice) woodworker by night. I never took any woodworking classes, never took "shop" in high school, so everything I know I've learned from Norm and David Marks. I started making sawdust about 18 months ago, and I love it. I've recently completed a 5-drawer chest and a cherry desk for my wife.

I'm looking forward to getting (and maybe giving?) advice.

I just applied some stain to the dresser yesterday and hopefully I will stain the desk tonight. Then I have to wait a few days for the dust to settle in my garage, er, workshop, before starting on the poly. I'll post some pics once the dust settles...literally.
