Default Hi All!

Hi All!

I just joined as I am re-starting woodworking ( a lot more carefully this time - las time I lost an inch of my right index finger on a tablesaw..).

I'm getting into building guitar amplifers and speakers, and now building the enclosures. My current project is building a head enclosure in Oak for a tube amp I just completed with a friend. I invested in the Rockler Dovetail jig (what an awesome piece of equipment that is!!), and have just glued and clamped it all together.

I had so much fun with the dovetail jig, I am now going to try my hand at making some other boxes!

Regards,
Robin.

Welcome to the community Robin, glad you decided to join. Sorry to hear about your injury, that's always very scary. It's great to see that you're getting back into it!

Thanks Mark,

I am the poster child for "DO NOT RUSH" when in the vicinity of power tools!

I can laugh about it now, but a the time (June '08), it was a different matter...
