The Oak Park table is very portable and an excellent router table. There is an option to build your own by purchasing the plans I believe.
The Woodworking Channel has several of the Router Workshop videos which are well worth watching.
The New Router Handbook by Patrick Speilman is a great starter book for working with the routher
