Default status of Jointech?

New to this forum. I am trying to find if anyone has been able to contact Jointech lately. I ordered a tool on March 2, my account was charged March 16, but never received the item. Only correspondence I recieved was confirmation of order. No notification of shipment. My emails to customer service come back not deliverable. Calls to both the 800 and 210 numbers listed on the website are not answered. The one time I was able to reach someone in mid March to check on status of order, a woman answered the phone and simply said they were short staffed. If anyone is considering ordering anything from this company ---- DON'T.

I bought a jointech system a little over a year ago and I would not be surprised if they went out of business. I'm sorry to hear about your problem and I hope you get your unit.If you do get it the best advice I can give you it to attempt to return it within the 30 day refund period. In my opinion they are a low class company that puts out a low quality system. Good luck.
