Default hello

Hello every one, i am from sask canada. I came across this site a couple months back and was hooked. I have been slowly getting in to the hobby, but after my grandfather had given me all his wood working stuff when he moved to the rietirement home. I have been out in the work shop alot. He has even given me his plans to build cermation boxes. He had a small little bussnes going on with selling them as well as hope chest and some furnature. I am looking forward to learning alot from here.

For the international set, Sask is short for Saskatchewan. It is a province in Canada roughly equivalent to 3 times the geographical size of Great Britain. However, there are only 1.67 people per square kilometer. The two largest of the 12 cities, Regina and Saskatoon, combined, are about the same size as Quebec City. I looked out a second floor office window in Regina and looked at my hotel room in Winnipeg, Manitoba, a 355 miles/572km (4-5 hours) drive away. It is so flat, on a clear day you can see the curvature of the earth. If you ever want to get lost in the universe, Saskatchewan is the place. It is really humbling.

Somewhere in all of that flat open space is where Colin lives ;-)
