Welcome Nathan! I am sure you will find answers to your CNC questions in out CNC section. There are a number of horizontal router table plans floating around the forum. Here's one built by forum contributor Bobj3.

Nate,

I've got plans for a router table that I designed a few years ago. It includes a homemade router cradle you simply crank to adjust the router cutter height up or down, dust collection at the fence and at the bottom, and storage for about 75 cutters. The plans include step-by-step photos and lots of technical illustrations. Enjoy!

It appears I can't post a URL yet, so, go to Popular Woodworking's website. Click on projects, then click the shop tab, then read down until you find "click here for complete plans". It's a free project download for the deluxe router table, no strings attached.

Hope this helps.

Jim
