Default good morning everyone!

I am new to forum and I have an issue with a router I am using currently.
gerber graphics advantage 600 router approx 10' x 7'
I have been going through bits like crazy 5 in a day.

I am running .063 and ,090 aluminum sheet with matirials clamped to table, vacuum not functional to hold material. I cut and hold down at end of each cut. I am running at 19,000 rpm with 1/8 '' fluted bit I need to use thinner bit for channel letter backs.

any advice would be helpful I get random vibration that breaks bit.

I am going to replace bottom nut on router shaft and collet to see if that is causing vibration it just started going through a rediculas ammount of bits.

Thank you
