Default New to site

I am new to this site and it was suggested I post something. I have been a handyman for years partly for fun and partly from necessity. I have done routing from time to time, but have a relatively new router table and am starting to have more time to use it. I especially want to learn how to do pin (pattern) routing and eventually raised panel doors. So I plan to read what is here and ask for help if I can't find what I need. Thanks for being here to help. I hope I will also be able to help.

Best regards,

Jim from Maryland

I too, have an interest in pin routing. I know that there are many uses for that tool that I have not discovered. Mine is an overhead router type, with the pin in the table. About the only use I make of mine is duplicating parts.
There has to be more uses, but I guess I'm just not imaginative enough.
