Default Routing Masonite sheets

I own a sign shop and just got awarded a large job of digitally printing and then routing 1/8 and 1/4 masonite. We are having to change to bit every 3-4 sheets. Is that right?

If they are HSS bits than I wouldn't be surprised, especially if it's tempered Masonite. Carbide bits should last longer, but that stuff will be brutal with any bits.
