Default Introducing . . .

Hey guys!

New guy here. Just getting started in guitar building (talk about self punishment!) and will be using a router and also table mounted operations to do many operations there. Will need lots of guidance as a beginning woodworker.

I attended American School of Lutherie and really learned a lot about guitar making and setting up a shop. Have woodworking tools but have only used them for home improvement stuff over the years. Have some skill with radial arm, router, drill press and have used most tools over the years for tasks in and out of other peoples shops.

However, I would call myself a beginning woodworker as my knowledge of jigs and fixtures and joinery is very basic. Building my first guitar with Charles Fox was an eye opener as far as both instrument design and shop craft and how it aids the production of the instrument.
