Default New Member. Hello!

Hi to everyone. Thanks for having such a great forum. I am attempting to make small bowls. I purchased a 3/4 Dia. dish cutter bit. The bowls I plan to make will be aprox. 2.5 in. in dia and aprox. 1 in. deep. I plan to glue several layers of diff. types of wood together into 3x3 in. by 1.5 in deep square pieces. I will use the dish cutter bit to cut out the inside of the bowl, but I am having diff. figuring out how to shape the outside of the bowl to match the inside contours. I thank you in advance for any info that ya,ll can offer. I am so glad I found this Site!

Hi JOe

Many ways to get the job done, the bowl cutter bit you got will it have a bearing on it or without a bearing on it.? see picture below, use your cir.jig to make the templates..

G'day Joer

Welcome to the router forum.

Thank you for joining us.

Sounds like a question for Harry?
