Default Router manuals

I have never used a router before and am a novice woodworker. I recently purchased a Porter Cable Model 6902 router kit at a used tool sale. The router is a type 5, Ser No. 696333 A 7964. The kit includes a 6931 router base and a 1001 router base along with some other items with which I am not familiar.
I have 3 questions:
1. How can I get a the necessary manuals (there were no owners manuals, etc. with the kit) and any 'how to' info online?
2. What should be included with this kit if it was new so that I can determine what, if anything, is missing.
3. The router appears to have a 1/4" collett on it. Should the kit also include a 1/2" collett?
Thanks in advance for your help.

Greetings,

Welcome to The Router Forums.

I didn't have any luck locating a manual for the router you mentioned on either PC's site or a few other places I looked.

Good luck in your quest.
