Default Hello From Denver, CO

Hi Guys!

I'm Adam, born and raise in Lima Peru, son of a woodworker. Got to appreciate woodwork from sweeping my dad's shop and hand planing huge pieces of good wood from Peru.

I have been working with wood for about 7 years, and mostly just decorative accents, and furniture here and there, trying to perfect and get better on the way I do things (drawers, joints, etc..)

I have worked with some Porter Cable, Makita, and Dewalt routers before, and looking forward to work with these 2 Triton routers I just got this week the TRA001 and the JOF001. I also own a Leigh D4 dovetail jig which I love! perfect dovetails every time.
Own some Grizzly from 1996 equipment that still runs like new every time, I have a Rigid 10" table saw, old hand planers, and some other regular power tools.

Woodworking is my hobby since I work during the day as a Network Engineer (but I rather be planing).

Thanks for having me here it is a pleasure, and feel like a novice with all of you guys great masters!

Hola Jon!

I'm in Denver, and yes it cooled down here too so that means perfect weather to be in my non insulated garage and start working with wood! What do you do with wood in you neck of the woods?

Hi Adam and Welcome,
I have the big Triton router also. Its setting in my RT where it happily stays. You have some fine equipment and based on your experience, I'm assuming we will be getting some good advice and hopefully some pictures or your projects. Have a great time making sawdust. We'll be looking forward to hearing from you.
