Hello, i'm from argentina, i cant fin de answer to this questin, please help me

Juan,
No you cannot use an 8mm bit in a 3/8" collet. You can use it in a 1/2" collet with an 8mm adapter. Be sure to purchase that adapter from a reputable source as some of the cheaper adapters are unreliable. Leigh Industries has a good one.
