Thank-you mark and hello all... I consider myself a Novice woodworker my friends and family say I'm far from a novice but theyre pretty easy to impress lol.. looking for some free advice on my first set of raised panel bits.. and a decent table set-up

Hello Ozzie welcome to the forum.
First of all are you going to go vertical or horizontal bits,then you need to decide on the profile you want, all the major brands make and sell them, they are a little pricey.
Whiteside, sommerfeld,MLCS, Amana,CMT and numerous others

Looking forward to your participation.

One annoyance on these bit sets is that they are generally exactly 3/4 high on the cutting edges which makes adjustment quite exacting. I'm not certain by perhaps someone knows of a bit which is slightly oversized so there's a little wiggle room?
