Hi Georgette.
I spent a fair bit of time running a 14 tool 6x8 Procam vac bed router for a kitchen company, mainly cutting melamine coated chipboard and MDF, but with a little bit of acrylic, aluminium, and solid timber thrown in.

Probably can't add a lot for you about cutting plastics, but feel free to ask, will qualify answers if/when I can't back them up with direct experience, but in all honesty, we did less than 1% of our work with plastics, and only had one dedicated plastics bit mounted.

Good luck with the new machine.
