Default Picture Frame Routers

Picture Frame Routers.
Hi I am in the early stages of taking a wood blank routering (if that is a word) the blank to allow for the glass, pictur, frame etc and also routering the outer edge for cosmetic appeal and then mitreing the wood to make various size frames.
I want to buy the relevant routers and buy better quality, so I will be happy to use the forum for some input.

G'day Ian.

Almost any brand name router you can buy in Australia will do.

Do you have a budget. I would go for the well know brands such as Triton, Makita, Bosch.

IMO, do not buy anything cheap from Bunnings or Masters.

You will spend more on good cutters than you will on the router.
