Default Hi from Africa

Hi All,

I've been lurking here for a while and find this to be an extremely useful resource.
I grew up in a home where dad made most of his own furniture (mom was an architect). So I have been very frustrated paying huge sums for "designer" furniture and have decided to give it a go!

Bought 2 routers, a router table, miter saw, compressor, brad nailer/stapler, track plunge saw (can't afford a table saw just yet), bet sander, orbital sander, 2 drilling machines, jigsaw and all the other hand tools.

Made a few small projects last weekend and am TOTALLY addicted. Find myself bunking work and ignoring the family to get time in the shop!

Herb Stoops likes this.
