Red face Slow Beginning

I've entered the information that generated an email to me containing my activation code but find no place to enter it. Instead it seems that I can't go further without first having participated in a number of "threads".

So help! Someone help me.

Hi, Ed; welcome! Since you posted this comment, I'm assuming you can access everything, no problem?
Is it the login dohickey on the access page that's causing grief?

I'm not sure. It's like that old saying.... I don't know what I don't know! I'm not even sure if my responses count towards my 10 posts?
