Hi everyone

I've just joined this forum to learn all I can about the world of routing.

I've just bought my first plunge router - a Makita RP1800 - and I am keen to get the very best from it, using the right techniques. Thank you in advance for the wealth of information made available on this forum by the many knowledgeable and experienced woodworkers on this site. I've already experienced my first little hiccup but will start a new thread in the appropriate area.

Cheers
Paul

Welcome to the forum Paul.

Someone I consider a master woodworker once told me that a master woodworker is not someone who never makes mistakes. He is someone who is able to cover them up so that no one can tell.
