dutchman 46 Hello Don, and welcome! There are many good tables on the market these days. I made My own from what I call particle board. I can't remember what it is called, but 2 3/4 pieces are glued together, and then, it is built up on a mobile base, and it moves around so I have room. The one that I would get is the Oak Park Enterprises Ltd. - Router Table, Router, Router Bits, Router Jigs, Router Accessories: U.S. Catalogue The Oak Park table. Look at the possibilities for box joints, and all the added jigs made for the table! Check the videos at Oak Park to demonstrate. Have fun, and others will give You additional tables

need a router table

Greetings from a total woodworking rookie. I just retired from 35 years in public service and want to set up a woodworking shop in my garage. Can anyone recommend a good router table that can accommodate lots of accessories. I've saved a few bucks so I can splurge on a good one.

For example, does the Benchdog 40-300 include a router lifter? thanks.
