bobj3 Hi Ron

I suggest you get the DVD below, Marc will show you how to do it the easy way.
Note ....He likes to push his bits but you don't need to buy them, many ways to get around the high price on router bits..

Cabinetmaking Made Easy-Sommerfeld's Tools For Wood

MLCS Router Bits Index
Super Carbide Tools items - Get great deals on Single bit, 2 pc Set items on eBay Stores!

Note ..I have the two books Ralph posted they are great but like most books they are great paper weights, seeing it done is so much better than looking at some pictures..

Ralph Barker I'd suggest starting with a book on cabinet making, and then see how the processes described match up with your skill level and available tools. It's not all that difficult, but you may need to invest in some tools, and then learn how to use them.

A couple of suggestions:

Amazon.com: The Complete Illustrated Guide to Furniture and Cabinet Construction (9781561584024): Andy Rae: Books

Amazon.com: Illustrated Cabinetmaking: How to Design and Construct Furniture That Works (9781565233690): Bill Hylton: Books
