StephenM Cagenuts - yes that is the package I bought.
I'll speak to them first thing on Monday morning.
Thanks ...

cagenuts Sounds wrong to me. Call Rutlands and speak the propeller heads, maybe they supplied the incorrect plate for that particular table.

I'm assuming it's this one?

Hello - first post

Hi everyone,
Well I've taken the plunge and bought a DeWalt 625EK router. I also bought a Router Table package from Rutlands which has a Woodpecker Table Top and Super Fence with a 235mm x 298mm Jessem phenolic insert plate. Trouble is the insert plate is able to move around within the rebate of the table - about 1/2 mm each way. The screw holes in the Jessem plate don't match with the Woodpecker table's rebate so I can't screw it down tight without modifying the table or the plate. Having spent several hundred pounds buying the kit I don't feel happy about butchering it to get it to fit just right - but am I being too cautious? Will the 1/2 mm play in the insert make a significant difference?
Great forum by the way, thanks.
