Thanks for the invite; I will take you up on that sometime. One of my best friends works in Detroit as a plastics engineer. He is planning to move to Detroit later this year; so likely Detroit will become a stopping point in the future. If you are ever in Japan, let me know, I will give you a nickel tour. Hopefully by then I will have 2 router tables.

The International Sawdust Saturday was organized by Mike as I visited the US in May/June last year and called in to visit some of my 'Forum Friends".

I planned the visit to be in Detroit on that particular Saturday.

Mike has a a "Sawdust Saturday" at a moments notice.....VBG So if you are near Detroit at any time you may get to meet some forum members....

Ha, Just looked at the Sticky again, it WAS last year; the joke is on me. The NEW had me confused [it doesn’t take much]. I should have looked at the date closer. I almost bought tickets to fly back for it, glad I didnt.

Mike Steve, the International Sawdust Saturday was last year. All the vendors were great but I had lots of problems about the location... Woodcraft Corporate blew a gasket and would not allow many of the products into the store since they do not sell them. I decided to give it a pass this year. If I find a place we can use without restrictions I will work on setting up an event for next year. We did have a great time.
