senebraskaee The seat post cam clamp from a bicycle is almost a perfect fit. Bicycle shops usually have a box of used ones they will sell very reasonably just to get rid of them. I got 3 for my PC routers for $7 total. Be sure to get the bolt with them, they are usually metric thread.

tomp913 Here is another option using a clamp handle. I'd seen this in a photo on Alan Warner's web site, but Serge did an article on his web site. I bought the clamp and did the modification, it works really well, about 90 swing of the handle from loose to fully locked. The standard 1/4" washers were too big so wound up taking #10's and reaming out the hole. Way too much work so I ordered a steel spacer and ground a flat on the back side where it fits against the body of the base.

PhilBa I posted this a while ago. You might want to try the bicycle ones since they curve around a bit more.

Cherryville Chuck Do you mean something like these from Lee Valley? Cam Clamp Mechanism (1/4-20 Thread) - Lee Valley Tools. If so they are one source but Essentra would also be a source and have a wider selection. If you are thinking of something different Essentra would be a good place to look for it. They have a huge selection of jig and tooling parts.
