Cherryville Chuck Jim I did some picture frames a while back and Ifound that most of it could be done with ball nose bits. I also had built a horizontal router setup and it helped immensely since I could rout across the face at will while the back sat firmly on the table. You can take almost any profile and break it down into it's individual components.

DUplicate Molding Profile

I would like to replace rotting window trim pieces with Azek PVC. I would like to duplicate the molding profile. I have seen brick molding router bits but don't really want to buy a bit for such a small project. Any suggestions on how to do it with common bits?
