Glad to see this forum is here. I am new to wood burning (pyrography) and am anxious to get started. I have purchached a Razertip SK burner and waiting for it to arrive so that I can start to learn. I will be looking at this forum for ideas and advise. Thanks in advaced.

Thanks for the information ICEMAN......I got my burner yesterday and started getting used to it. I promise to make sure the red light is off when I close the door behind me.
There is no substitute for practice before starting work on a project. Learning how to shade is priceless. I gave my late wife Sue some plywood to practice on when she was starting out and she filled it with different designs. I was very impressed with her results which are in another thread from when this sub forum was first started. Here is her third effort to encourage you.
