Default For WWII Vet

One of the "old timers" at the TVO ceremony saw the plaque I made honoring one of their founders, and had to have one for his brother in law. He wanted it exactly like the other one but wanted the Purple Heart on it. Now that adds another line and offsets everything, so I adlibbed a little. Sending it out today.

I like it.

Someone I consider a master woodworker once told me that a master woodworker is not someone who never makes mistakes. He is someone who is able to cover them up so that no one can tell.

NICE!! Is it done freehand or on a CNC? How do you get such squared off lettering. Like on the Pvt Edward. You use a very small straight bit?

All carved by hand with 150 year old chisels and wood mallets. Took weeks ....................right.

Lettering all done with the same 90 degree Amana Vcarve bit. Just set at different depths. Only 2 different font types used on the whole thing.
