The interesting part was some sort of manifold to connect these to my shop vac. I used two PVC elbows and two pipe caps. Hard part was hogging out the big hole in the bottom so I could glue in an old vacuum hose connector so that the big hose would easily fit into it. It's all glued together with PVC cement. There is room for an additional port for the center of the fence if I decide to add one. Looks like a Chinese robot.

Here are the parts for a better picture. I did a quick test run with a 45 degree bit and used it as a jointer with a new 1 inch bit. Works super duper. Dust collection is really good too.

Very nice project. RTs are always interesting.
Please give some details about the aluminum plate dimensions.
