Default Doggie Kennel Table

I built this for my lil' Sister, to spruce up her doggy kennel that is in her breakfast nook area. And it will give her some room for additional knick-knacks. My Niece, her Daughter, will paint and stain to match their breakfast nook. I think the legs are white and the table is natural. Will post more pics when they get it done. I've done my part!!

This was a fun project, cause it was something different. She had found a picture of one on Pinterest, or something. I also made her some window treatments. They are going to paint them, and then I'll go back and hang'em!

Nice. I just completed something very similar for my daughter. I think your design is better.

Just ya big box store Select Pine, Herb. The top is actually made from two layers of 1x4's. Long ways on top, then framed around the bottom and a couple of cross members to hold it all together (glued and screwed). Then I just sanded the heck out of the top to make it all nice and flat and smooth. Passed a round over bit along the edges, to match her nook table. It wasn't until I seen these pictures, that I realized just how smooth the top came out. It almost looks like a coat of satin poly finish was put on it already, when it's just bare wood.

The grain looks great. Perhaps I need to pay closer attention to the big box guys.

How's the dog like it?
