Default New family member = new sign

The addition of a new family member called for a new sign for the front gate. The top edge and ears of this 17” x 10” cedar sign were cut with a bandsaw for the straight part and a scroll saw for the ears. The rest was carved with the little Dewalt 611 router and two bits. With a couple of coats of Helmsman brushed on, it should weather well. It was as good an excuse as any to make another sign.

I like the "live edge" ears!! I may have to try that style in a sign. Always look forward to seeing your work!!!

Hi Oliver,Queen Elizabeth has several Corgis so here's an idea, make another Corgi sign for her,she can't help but like it & makes you her Royal Sign Maker. Now that's gotta be good for business (All jokes aside, that is a lovely sign)James.
