Frank: You're first class! Stayed with my MIL on that long, downhill slope. It hurts; but the memories of what you did to ease emotional pain will sustain you for the after-years. May God bless your family, and may our thoughts and prayers strengthen you.

Roy, you have my sincere appreciation......but more so, you have my heart-felt condolences on your loss. I offer prayers for you and your family as well.

There are four women in my life who have been the most important to me: my Mom, my wife and my two sisters. Mom passed away during open heart surgery in 1981. Our older sister has passed away due to cancer in 1996. And now, my only living sister....while still with us "most of the time".....is fading more and more as time goes on. Lucky for me, I have a strong woman as my wife. She's my rock.

My sister has had a life-long love affair with that little mouse....even her husband of 44 years knows he is second fiddle that creature!! LOL So I wanted to give her something that she can enjoy looking at. Just my little way of giving her something to take with her on this dreadful journey.

My joy is coming later this month when I give it to her for her birthday. She will cry, I will cry, and everyone else will cry.....but they will be tears of joy.

I may not know what I'm doing, but I am having fun doing it wrong!!

Happy Day Veterans!!
