Default Didn't make a sign this weekend, used the scroll saw

Didn't make a sign this weekend, I have been trying to master the art of scroll sawing, I got the spiral blade thing down but the flat blades are killing me. I cant turn a tight corner for crap. oh well practice practice practice. Here is what I made, a couple of key chains that I double stacked (I made about 15 of them) and a keyring holder for my daughters room. Back to carving signs this week

I sincerely hope Barb (Out of the Woodwork) sees the first photo Stan. I was teasing her at breakfast after our sale outing yesterday about being a princess.

Stan, great cutting. On flat blades, the only thing I use, what blades are you using, and what thickness wood?

I only use Flying Dutchman blades (mostly 5UR and 3,5,7 Polar)

Stan, I'm really amazed that you can do such fine work with spirals - you will do wonders when you get the heck of flat blades! I also use Flying Dutchman, and the lettering on the recent sign I made, and which you were kind enough to comment on, was done with FD-UR#3. - Rob
