Thanks Stick. It was a fun piece to do on the spur of the moment. Wish I would've waited a little longer. After it was done I wish I would've routed barb wire around the border of it. Oh well guess that's an idea for the next one.

Make a batch of these and offer them for sale to independent gun shops in your region. Put them on consignment with a healthy 40% split for the shop. If they sell them, you get paid, if not, you take them back in 6 weeks or so. Find other messages for gun owners, I bet you could get some great suggestions from this RF bunch. Why not try to make a few bucks from work like that?

Actually, thinking about it, I bet you could do signs for different specialty shops. Your costs are probably low. Quilting shops for example, "The one with the most fabric, wins." "Quilts stitch life together." Consignment shops, small inventory, a decent display, a variety of fun sayings might be very interesting to some shop owners--no investment, not mass produced, maybe even their shop or website engraved if they want it (they pay for these in advance). I bet tattoo parlors would go for signs "Tatoos let you make YOUR mark." Local smoke shops, "Puff the magic (+ image of dragon)" If you have a CNC, why not?

Thanks for all the great suggestions Tom. Trying to build a variety of inventory so I can do just that. As far as a CNC goes. I don't have one. Not knocking CNC's as I'm sure they are nice to have. But I enjoy every sign I make by hand. Gives me a great feeling of accomplishment.
