Ted persists, like the odor of a long dead skunk, although the skunk has more to offer.

We have received this complaint from one other member so far. The person messaging has no posts and John and I have no idea how that’s possible as there is supposed to be a 10 post rule in place to prevent this. To complicate matters further I don’t know of a way to ban this person until they make a post. We’ve had members who posted ads on their first post which included a link. The link causes it to go to “moderation” where one of us must approve it before it will show up on the forum. I’ve tried banning them without first approving their post (ad) and it doesn’t work.

If you don’t mind Stick I’m going to change the thread title to Scammer Alert so that other members are warned.

Someone I consider a master woodworker once told me that a master woodworker is not someone who never makes mistakes. He is someone who is able to cover them up so that no one can tell.

Welcome to the forum, Gary! Add your first name to your profile to clear the N/a in the side panel. Add your location, as well.

Go over to the introduction area and tell us a little about yourself, your woodworking background, etc.
