Hello,

As Cricket has posted in that thread, we are aware of this issue and are working towards resolving it. Let us know you catch any more sites and we'll try to keep on this issue.

Good afternoon,

I see there is a process being followed to fix this ad issue as I was getting it to and messaged Charlie and he suggested I check in here.
Yes very frustrating ad on all 4 sides of the forum and a person can not navigate to great.

Please post what you find out. Thanks guys.

Kind regards,,

Windows 10 Firefox Followed link from an email notification. Have had this happen when following links from the Active Posts and New Posts also. This does not happen everytime but about 30 to 40 percent of the time and is the same ad all the time (Danner).

I use AdBlock.

Theo I don't use any of that type of ad blockers because I have read several of their user agreements and if you accept the agreement you are allowing them to store your IP address and any keystrokes you make on their site. You are also agreeing to let them track your browsing history and allowing them to share the information with other companies about the sites you visit. In some instances, they delete some of that information after 6 months but don't have to because you gave them permission to store it on their servers. It is their choice if they delete it or share it. They say they don't sell the information but are they actually receiving tracking information form the other company they are sharing information with?

Looks to me like all you are doing is allowing a different company to get your information and use it however they want to. I don't want to be forced into that situation.

Microsoft and Facebook do it regardless. Microsoft recommends 24 gigs of ram just to run their spyware . That’s why I had to upgrade to 32

Hello,

If you run into an ad issue, please share the redirected URL so we can assist with targeting those ads. If you are on a desktop and feel confident enough, please also send me a PM so I can help you capture the HAR file so we can nip this issue in the bud.

From the email I was sent notifying me you posted this reply to the thread.

It is always the Danner Boot ads that cover the links so check their ad profile.
