Default Subscriptions Won't Disable Notifications

I'm getting a pile of notifications even after deleting all subscription - any way this can be made to work? Otherwise love the forum very much - good bunch of contributors and clean communications.

How long ago did you delete the subscriptions? I don't know the answer but just thinking out loud, could be there's a 'winding down' period for this to fully propagate through the system. Are the notifications the same ones you got prior to deleting the subscriptions or are they now different?

@Admin - can y'all take a look?

I think David is right about the winding down period. It seems to me that happened when I turned mine off. It ended any new ones but didn't end the ones I had already been getting.

Someone I consider a master woodworker once told me that a master woodworker is not someone who never makes mistakes. He is someone who is able to cover them up so that no one can tell.

It's been over a week...once the checkboxes are cleared they shouldn't be clicked on again, should they? I just 'redeleted' them. We'll see...

Are you deleting everything? Cause if you are, there is a button I can push on my end that will also remove all subscriptions, but I don't want to push it if there a select few you didn't want to remove. Let me know if I can push it. Might kick loose whatever might be stuck.

If there are only a couple you need to keep, if you could just bookmark them so I can try the purge that would work
