Default Farewell Bob!

By Bob's request I have retired him from the Moderation Team on RouterForums.com. It has been a pleasure working alongside Bob for all this time and I'm definitely sad to see him go. Best of luck to you Bob and thank you very much for all you have done for this community!

Oh also... he requested his name be changed from "Bob" to "Bob N".

Other note: The user "Bob" (http://www.routerforums.com/members/bob-35092.html) is not him, it's me . I registered it to reserve his name.

Mark,
Founder of RouterForums.com

Bob I am sorry to see you retire from being moderator, your help and advice has been priceless and hope you will continue as the valued contributor you have been. I know you will continue as a valued friend and neighbor.

Bob N, Thank you very much for all you have done to keep this forum up to the high standards it has shown. I wish you the very best. I also think it very fitting your name be retired; it is an honor you very richly deserve.

Bob and I have spoken via email. I completely support him.

I heard, that Mark was going to give him one of Rick's "Golden routers".

Seriously, I'm going to miss seeing him in the board room.

Well, from the outside lookin' in, I thought he did a great job. He always seemed to balance the best interests of the site and the posters, and I want him to know that he and his efforts were appreciated.

I hope he still posts his usual, as I always looked forward to his words.

Thank You Bob.

I really am devastated Bob, I will never be convinced that the basic reason behind the decision is anything other than the "global warming" thread that I started. It's been obvious all along that you have put 110% into the difficult, time consuming job and perhaps Mark should have taken a more active part. I do wish you well Bob and hope that you will continue to post.

Thanks Bob,
I agree that you have always done what is best for both the forum and its posters. Your efforts will be missed.
