Default Uploading .pdf files

I'm trying to upload a .pdf instruction manual to the Craftsman router reference area, but it keeps failing. It's a 2.5 meg file and the limit for a .pdf is 10 meg. What's going on here?

Hmm, it might be timing out, we were considering increases the max_uploadsize for PHP to beyond 10M. Although, that requires a server restart so we'll have to find the optimal time for that.

We have a few other daemons running on the server that have to rebooted afterwards so it's quite a timely process.

Most likely this weekend I'll be updating the limits.

Edit: I emailed you my contact information, you can email me the file and I can directly upload it to the server.
