Haha.

It's just going to allow me to know exactly what links are being linked on Router Forums and in the event of a spammer linking something unwanted, I can make a bad URL goto a friendly place! So it's much safer for everyone.

could they be 'tricked' into answering a registration question, thereby identifying them as being a spam bot?
