Default SkimWord links

Is there any way to disable the "shopping link added by SkimWords"?
I first encountered it in a post in the lobby when I parenthetically described my life changing event, and SkimWords automatically created a link to eBay model Garbage Trucks!

Thanks

Hey Tom, those links are put in automatically (but require certain keywords first) and help generate revenue for Router Forums when clicked. The idea behind the software is to provide relevant links to popular merchants based on the content on the page. Unfortunately sometimes it does have a hiccup which turns the "ebay" keyword into an ebay motors link rather than an ebay woodworking link. Also, if you want to avoid clicking these links, you can hover the link and the ones automatically added will always show "Shopping link Added by SkimWords" as the tooltip.

In the future I plan on investigating a way so that members could opt-in or opt-out of these automatically generated links. As it stands now I don't have much time on my hands due to the new University semester (which is also why it took so long for me to reply to this), but it should be settling down within the next month or so.

Anyway, hope that answers your question

Thanks Mark. You did answer my question.
Best of luck with the new semester. I too am faced with that issue approaching far too rapidly.
