Welcome to the forum. It was made by Ryobi. I am just guessing but I think it would be around the $100 mark, give or take $20. Sears has lots of sales and I've seen lots of their routers around that price on sale.

Someone I consider a master woodworker once told me that a master woodworker is not someone who never makes mistakes. He is someone who is able to cover them up so that no one can tell.
