Default New Header and Navigation Style

Found the time to implement the navigation / header style I created a while back. Let me know what you guys think about it, your input is what really matters!

I guess we will "know it" when we see it?

The header (aka; top of every page) has been updated. Navigation links are now tabs and the login box is changed. Also, the header image is changed as well. Does this show up for you, Joe?

Using Firefox 2.0.0.4
The logged in box is partly covered by the Log Out tab, covering the Forum Options link.. No big deal though..

Mmm, okay. I'm guessing you're using 800 x 600. I think I might have a method of fixing that. Thanks Mike!
