Default Are You Receiving Our Community Newsletter?

Most of you were already receiving the newsletter from our previous list, but a few of you have been asking me why you haven't received one.

If you are not receiving the newsletter but want to, click on "account settings" near the upper right hand corner of the community. A new page will open. In the left column navigation, scroll down to "Edit Options". It is below the "Settings & Options" section.

Once you are on the "edit options page, scroll down until you see "Messaging & Notification" and put a checkmark in "Receive a monthly newsletter from Router Forums".

Cricket;
You may also want to inform people that they may want to double check their email accounts and whether the newsletter is being blocked.

I had not been receiving the news letter, I followed your instructions and found that the option was checked. I then checked in my email spam folder and found that the news letter email was being diverted to the "Spam" folder. Made changes and I hope it works.

Thanks
Jim

On a somewhat related note, I am getting weekly updates on threads even though I've checked no email.
