Default No longer receiving the daily newsletter

Hi, Can someone please advise me on how to start receiving the daily newsletter again?
Recently I changed my email address. I made the appropriate changes in my Account Settings on RouterForums. But I no longer receive the daily email from the Forum.
I twice contacted the Forum about this issue using the 'contact us' link.....no reply received by me.
I really enjoy the newsletter contents, I miss it! Tks, Ben.

I'm sorry that happened to you. I will have our techs check to see if the contact form is working properly.

I checked your settings for email alerts of subscribed threads and noticed that you have it set to weekly, not daily. To change your options, click on "Account Settings" near the upper right hand corner of the community. Then on the next page, scroll down to "Edit Options" in the left column navigation.

Under "Default Thread Subscription Mode" you will see a drop down menu with various options.

Thank you for your help with this. It was a daily email of new posts I received from the forum, and no longer receive. Nothing to do with my subscriptions....links to all new posts were included in the email. At least, that is my understanding.

I still have not received an email from you but sometimes stuff gets hung up, so in the meantime, if you need to reach me, you can private message me here in the forum.

The emails are going out, but sometimes your email provider or ISP can throttle or block these types of automated emails. The only other option is to see if you have a way to whitelist us in your email account.

Hi
My emails have stopped also. When we changed to the new format I started missing the odd email then quite a lot then they stopped altogether. That was a month ago. I have tried most of the buttons I can find but have not found one to restart the emails yet. Then they say the first place you go blind is in the eyes!!!
