I recently purchased a used Leigh D=1258r=24 and there was no instruction manual! How do I go-about finding one and how much should I pay for it?

dat outta bout cover it

Note:

User Guides for the Leigh D1258 and D1258R are no longer in print. The User Guide for
the D4 dovetail jig is directly applicable to the D1258 series jigs. Although some of the
jig parts differ slightly in appearance, all procedures for Through, Half-blind, Sliding
dovetails and more, remain the same.

Hi D-berg,

The user manual for the Leigh D-1258r 24 shows up on eBay from time to time. I picked one up a while back for around 15.00. The D-1258r 24 can be upgraded to the D4 level with several options, check the Leigh website. While you are on the Leigh site download and save the D4 manual, I keep my download on the hard drive and only print what I need for a given project.

Best Wishes, Tom
