Default Suggestions on Router Table and Lift to Buy

I will be buying a router table and lift soon. I am confused as to what table and lift to buy. I will also need some type of fence since I will be using it as a shaper some time to make picture frame mouldings. I need advice. Thanks in advance for your help. Dennis

Greetings Dennis and welcome to the forum. If you are going to purchase a new router pick one the can be adjusted from above the table and if that works out for you you might save some money to buy bit, wood, or a host of other "accessories" for your router.
