Cool Scm r9

I have an SCM R9 router and Im looking for a break pad (shoe) can't read part number on old one. Anyone have any ideas? Thanks in advance

Hi Skate and welcome. I assume you meant brake pad. There are companies that specialize in replacing brake and clutch linings. That might be your best option. If you fill out your personal profile there might be a m,ember near you who can suggest who that might be. One company I've dealt with also rebuilt starter motors and alternators.

Someone I consider a master woodworker once told me that a master woodworker is not someone who never makes mistakes. He is someone who is able to cover them up so that no one can tell.

The obvious question would be "have you tried SCMI?" SCVMI are the US branch of SCM and AFAIK a version of the R-9 router is still in production today
